حذف الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك في «عرضلي» (Ardly) في أي وقت بإحدى طريقتين:

التنفيذ فوري: يُنفَّذ الحذف لحظة التأكيد وتُسجَّل خروجك من جميع الأجهزة.

أرسل بريدًا إلى support@ardly.app بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب».
اذكر في الرسالة رقم الهاتف المسجَّل به الحساب (هو مُعرِّف حسابك الوحيد).
للتحقق من الملكية قد نرسل رمز تحقق (OTP) إلى نفس الرقم قبل تنفيذ الحذف — يجب أن يأتي الطلب من صاحب الرقم نفسه.

تُنفَّذ طلبات البريد خلال 7 أيام عمل كحد أقصى بعد التحقق.

ما الذي يحدث عند الحذف؟

تُخفى جميع إعلاناتك فورًا ولا تعود ظاهرة لأي مستخدم.
تُحذف بيانات هويتك من الحساب: الاسم، الصورة الشخصية، النبذة، أرقام التواصل (الهاتف/واتساب).
يُفصل رقم هاتفك عن الحساب نهائيًا ويصبح متاحًا للتسجيل من جديد.
تُلغى شارة التوثيق إن وُجدت.
تُسجَّل خروجك من جميع الأجهزة (إلغاء كل رموز الدخول).
الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه — إنشاء حساب جديد بنفس الرقم يبدأ من الصفر.

سجلات السلامة والإشراف (البلاغات، إجراءات الإشراف، سجل عملية الحذف نفسها) — للحماية من الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام وبما يسمح به القانون.
مستندات التوثيق (KYC) إن كنت قدّمتها — تُحتفظ في التخزين الخاص لفترة محدودة لأغراض قانونية ثم تُحذف.
النسخ الاحتياطية: قد تبقى نسخة ضمن النسخ الاحتياطية الدورية حتى 90 يومًا قبل تدويرها، ولا تُستخدم إلا للاستعادة عند الطوارئ.
وسائط الإعلانات المخفية تُحذف من التخزين ضمن دورات التنظيف الاعتيادية.

You can delete your Ardly account at any time, in either of two ways:

Deletion is immediate and you are signed out of all devices.

Email support@ardly.app with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
Include the phone number registered to the account (it is your only account identifier).
To verify ownership we may send an OTP code to that same number before executing the deletion — the request must come from the owner of that number.

Email requests are completed within 7 business days after verification.

All of your listings are hidden immediately and are no longer visible to anyone.
Your identity data is removed: name, profile photo, bio, and contact numbers (phone/WhatsApp).
Your phone number is permanently unlinked and becomes available for a fresh registration.
Any verified-seller badge is revoked.
You are signed out of all devices (all access tokens revoked).
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — a new account with the same number starts from zero.

Safety & moderation records (reports, moderation actions, and the deletion audit entry itself) — for fraud/abuse prevention, as permitted by law.
Verification (KYC) documents, if you submitted any — kept in private storage for a limited legal-retention window, then deleted.
Backups: copies may persist in routine backups for up to 90 days before rotation; they are used only for disaster recovery.
Media of hidden listings is purged from storage in routine cleanup cycles.
