شروط الاستخدام
باستخدامك تطبيق «عرضلي» (Ardly) فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. «عرضلي» سوق إعلانات مبوّبة بالفيديو يربط البائع بالمشتري مباشرة — نحن منصة عرض وليس طرفًا في أي صفقة.
١. الحساب والأهلية
- الخدمة لمن هم بعمر 18 عامًا فأكثر.
- التسجيل برقم هاتفك الشخصي عبر رمز تحقق (OTP) — أنت مسؤول عن كل نشاط يتم عبر حسابك.
- حساب واحد لكل رقم هاتف؛ ويحق لنا إيقاف الحسابات المخالفة أو المسيئة.
٢. شروط النشر والإعلانات
- الإعلان يكون بفيديو حقيقي (10–120 ثانية) يعرض السلعة/الخدمة الفعلية التي تملك حق بيعها.
- يجب أن يكون العنوان والوصف والسعر والقسم والموقع صادقة ودقيقة وغير مضللة.
- تخضع كل الإعلانات للمراجعة قبل النشر، ويحق لنا رفض أو إزالة أي إعلان مخالف دون إشعار.
- ممنوع نشر: سلع أو خدمات غير قانونية في بلدك؛ الأسلحة والمخدرات والأدوية المقيّدة؛ المنتجات المقلّدة أو المسروقة؛ محتوى مسيء أو خادش أو تمييزي؛ إعلانات لا تخص فعليًا سلعة أو خدمة (نصب/تسويق هرمي/روابط خارجية مشبوهة).
- مسؤولية صحة الإعلان ومحتواه تقع على المُعلن وحده.
٣. مكافحة الاحتيال والنصب
- لا تدفع أي مبلغ قبل معاينة السلعة واستلامها، وتعامل وجهًا لوجه في أماكن عامة آمنة قدر الإمكان.
- «عرضلي» لا يجري أي مدفوعات داخل التطبيق ولا يطلب منك أبدًا تحويل أموال — أي طلب كهذا باسمنا هو احتيال.
- استخدم زر البلاغ داخل التطبيق عن أي إعلان أو بائع مشبوه؛ فريق الإشراف يراجع البلاغات ويتخذ الإجراء (إخفاء/حظر).
- شارة «بائع موثّق» تعني التحقق من هوية البائع، وهي ليست ضمانًا لأي صفقة.
٤. دور المنصة وحدود المسؤولية
- نحن وسيط عرض فقط: لا نملك السلع، ولا نضمن جودتها أو صحة أوصافها، ولسنا طرفًا في التفاوض أو الدفع أو التسليم.
- الخدمة تُقدَّم «كما هي» دون ضمانات؛ وقد تتوقف مؤقتًا للصيانة أو التطوير.
- إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسارة ناتجة عن تعاملات بين المستخدمين.
٥. الملكية الفكرية والترخيص
- تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الذي تنشره، وتمنحنا ترخيصًا لعرضه وتشغيله داخل التطبيق ولأغراض تشغيل الخدمة والترويج لإعلانك.
- علامة «عرضلي/Ardly» وتصميم التطبيق ملك لنا، ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن.
٦. الإنهاء والحذف
- يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت (صفحة حذف الحساب).
- يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط أو المسيئة للمنصة أو لمستخدميها.
٧. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر؛ استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على النسخة الجديدة.

Terms of Use
By using Ardly (“عرضلي”) you agree to these terms. Ardly is a video-first classified marketplace connecting sellers and buyers directly — we are a listing platform, not a party to any transaction.
1. Account & eligibility
- The service is for users aged 18+.
- You register with your own phone number via OTP — you are responsible for all activity on your account.
- One account per phone number; we may suspend abusive or violating accounts.
2. Posting & listing rules
- Listings must use a real video (10–120 seconds) showing the actual item/service you are entitled to sell.
- Title, description, price, category and location must be truthful and accurate.
- All listings are reviewed before publication; we may reject or remove violating listings without notice.
- Prohibited: goods/services illegal in your country; weapons, drugs, restricted medicines; counterfeit or stolen goods; offensive or discriminatory content; listings that are not a genuine item/service (scams, pyramid schemes, suspicious external links).
- The advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy and content of their listing.
3. Anti-fraud
- Never pay before inspecting and receiving the item; meet face-to-face in safe public places where possible.
- Ardly has no in-app payments and will never ask you to transfer money — any such request in our name is fraud.
- Use the in-app Report button for suspicious listings or sellers; moderators review and act (hide/ban).
- The “verified seller” badge confirms identity verification only — it is not a guarantee of any deal.
4. Platform role & liability
- We are a listing venue only: we do not own the items, do not guarantee their quality or descriptions, and are not a party to negotiation, payment or delivery.
- The service is provided “as is”, and may pause for maintenance or upgrades.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from user-to-user dealings.
5. Content & IP
- You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a license to host and display it to operate the service and promote your listing.
- The Ardly brand and app design are ours and may not be used without permission.
6. Termination & deletion
- You may delete your account at any time (account deletion page).
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the platform or its users.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
